CARA J. HAGAN was admitted to the California Bar in 1990. Combining her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, M.B.A. Degree in finance from Loyola Marymount, and Juris Doctor Degree in law, Ms. Hagan brings a truly professional perspective to legal issues. Ms. Hagan is admitted to practice before all Federal trial courts in California, as well as the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Hagan regularly serves as Judge Pro Tempore to the Municipal and Superior Courts of Orange County. Ms. Hagan is a A-V rated by Martindale–Hubbell, the very highest rating in both terms of ethical and legal ability. In 2011, Ms. Hagan was named as a Preeminent Woman Lawyer. An honor granted to less than 5% of women attorneys in the entire legal industry. Ms. Hagan has earned a Lifetime college teaching credential and has taught a variety of legal courses at the college level, including Business Law, Civil Procedure and Contracts. Ms. Hagan has been conferred a number of honors, including being named to the Who's Who List of Lawyers and the Metropolitan Who's Who list. Ms. Hagan is a member of the California State Bar, the Orange and Los Angeles County Bar Associations, and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association. Ms. Hagan has also been admitted pro hac vice in the states of Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Texas, Missouri, and New York.
