Carla B. Gunther

Carla Gunther joined the firm as an associate in August 2015. Ms. Gunther previously served as a labor and employment attorney for a national association of construction-industry employers. In this capacity, she represented employers nationwide in multi-employer collective bargaining negotiations, as well as aiding with grievances, arbitrations and National Labor Relations Board issues. Ms. Gunther also served as one of three in-house attorneys to the association.

Prior to this role, Ms. Gunther served at a management-side labor and employment law firm and at the labor bureau of a government agency. In these positions, she worked on various labor and employment matters, including wage and hour and discrimination cases. While in law school, Ms. Gunther served as an articles editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal.
