ABOUT Carolyn Levy Gilliam

Carolyn Levy Gilliam is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law. She primarily practices in the areas of business litigation, domestic relations, social security disability, elder law, wills, and probate. Mrs. Gilliam has worked at McDonald, Levy & Taylor since her senior year at Farragut high school. She received her Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. Mrs. Gilliam had the highest GPA of Management majors in her class. Mrs. Gilliam has been selected into the Academic Honor Society of Phi Eta Sigma. Mrs. Gilliam is also a member of numerous bar associations, including the Knoxville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Tennessee Association for Justice.
Mrs. Gilliam is married and lives in McMinn County. She and her husband, Eric, are the proud owners of Augusta, a crazy yellow Labrador, and Peyton, a fat and happy orange Siamese cat. Mrs. Gilliam loves to play golf, and played Division I golf during her college years at Mercer University. Mrs. Gilliam is a golfing member at Fox Den Country Club in Farragut, Tennessee and Springbrook Country Club in Niota, Tennessee.
Mrs. Gilliam has also helped support the Knoxville Habitat for Humanity. She was the Volunteer Coordinator for a Covenant Partner Leadership Team in the Spring of 2012. Mrs. Gilliam had a wonderful time helping build a house, organizing the volunteers that actually built the house for the entire week, and dedicating the house to the very deserving new Habitat for Humanity homeowner.
