Carter Bowers

Carter is a proud third-generation attorney from Lubbock, Texas. He focuses on a variety of civil matters while assisting in the Firm’s business litigation and transactional practices. Carter also maintains interests in the areas of probate and estate planning, personal injury, and general business representation.

Carter graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech University in 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History with Honors and a Minor in Political Science. In May 2016, Carter graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Upon graduation, Carter served as a briefing attorney for a one-year term under United States Magistrate Judge D. Gordon Bryant, Jr. Carter then joined the Brad J. Davidson Law Firm in August 2017 where he is pleased to continue his career serving his hometown.

Carter received his license to practice law in Texas in November 2016. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Lubbock Area Bar Association. A West Texan and Red Raider, Carter is always ready to discuss Texas Tech football, basketball, and baseball, as well as the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Astros.
