Chad M. Nicholson

Chad M. Nicholson is an attorney with the law firm McConnell Wagner Sykes + Stacey, focusing his practice in the litigation of complex business and employment disputes, business law and employment law.

Chad Nicholson's business and employment litigation practice includes representation of businesses in contract litigation; insurance litigation; fraud claims; sexual harassment claims; age, disability, gender and age discrimination claims; wage claims, FMLA claims, FLSA claims and whistleblower claims. In addition, he offers legal expertise to both businesses and individuals in negotiating and drafting employment contracts, employee manuals, non-competition agreements and non-disclosure agreements.

He is an active member of Idaho State Bar Association and the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, the American Inns of Court, the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Gonzaga University School of Law Alumni Association.

Chad Nicholson received his Bachelor of Arts degrees, cum laude, from Northwest Nazarene University in both Political Science and Social Science, and earned a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law.
