Prior to law school, she worked in the field of property management, which included development, construction, and management of both commercial and residential properties. Upon becoming an attorney, she has represented many different parties involved in real estate matters.
Chantal has a genuine passion in helping those involved in the family unit. As a skilled attorney, she knows the civil procedures and legal matters concerning marriage, child custody, divorce, paternity, domestic violence, and other relevant topics including family members' financial responsibilities.
Chantal has also processed hundreds of bankruptcy cases in both Missouri and Illinois. This experience provides her with valuable knowledge and insight to help you with asset protection, Fair Debt Collections Practices Act violations, foreclosures, debtor protections, and creditor rights.
Chantal can also help with a wide range of immigration matters including investor visas, business visas, and student visas. She has been practicing immigration law for her entire legal career. After living in France for two years, she acquired fluency in the French language and an understanding of the adjustments necessary to live in a place other than your native country. As a result of these experiences, she has affection for immigrants and immigration law.
Chantal graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 2008 and received her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
Chantal is a licensed attorney in the State of Missouri, as well as, federally licensed in the Eastern District of Missouri, the Southern District of Illinois, and the Central District of Illinois.
Chantal has been a career member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society (currently she is President-elect).
