Michael completed his under-graduate degree at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Michael received his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. He originally served as a legal assistant and office administrator with the law offices of Charles J. Dyer prior to his graduation from law school. After law school, Michael served as an extern with the U.S. Federal District Court in the Pro Se Division where he assisted the assigned federal judicial officer to review and rule upon prisoner complaints and petitions.
Michael’s major areas of practice include representation of private fiduciaries and trust companies in probate-related administration and litigation including wills, trusts, conservatorships, guardianships, elder law, mental health law and other areas of law pertinent to such cases, and special matters. In addition, Michael provides representation on matters concerning estate and business planning as well as Elder Law issues including governmental benefits. He is also a licensed private fiduciary, having been certified by the Licensing and Certification Division of the Arizona Supreme Court.
