ABOUT Cheri S. Raymond

Cheri is an employment law attorney who conducts workplace investigations into a broad range of issues such as discrimination, harassment, bullying, performance issues, violations of employer policies, misuse of employer resources, and other related matters. Cheri also conducts workplace investigations to complete cultural assessments for employers. Cheri follows best practices in conducting her investigations, which she refined through her attendance at the Association of Workplace Investigators' Training Institute where she earned her AWI certificate (AWI-CH).

Cheri also assists clients with employment issues such as non-compete agreements, severance agreements, and discrimination claims. She has represented clients on various types of discrimination claims at both the administrative level and in subsequent state and federal litigation.
