Christian Myer is a personal injury lawyer and civil trial attorney. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida, prior to attending Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. Christian earned a prestigious concentration in Trial Advocacy from Stetson University College of Law. It is worth noting that Stetson's advocacy program is routinely ranked among the top ten in this nation by U.S. News & World Report. While attending Stetson, Christian participated in a formal internship with the Office of the Public Defender for the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida. Christian’s performance tied the unofficial record for the most jury trials conducted by an intern and he secured ‘not guilty’ verdicts on every case he tried.
Upon gaining entry to the Florida Bar, Christian joined the Office of the Public Defender for the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida. He gained an abundance of trial and litigation experience during his tenure, handling thousands of cases. His aptitude in trial practice garnered Christian a reputation for aggressive advocacy on behalf of his clients.
In 2006, Christian founded his own criminal defense practice. These cases ranged from DUIs to First Degree Murder. Today, Christian utilizes his vast courtroom experience in the civil litigation arena as a partner with the Dolman Law Group where he focuses solely on first and third party insurance claims stemming from automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, insurance carrier bad faith, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, soft tissue injury and individuals who have been physically injured by a negligent drunk driver.
Due to his experience and talent in advocacy, Stetson College of Law hired him as an Adjunct Professor, where he presently teaches Trial Advocacy. Christian also uses his time to mentor and coach members of Stetson’s championship Trial Advocacy Team. Christian has quickly developed a reputation in the civil arena amongst insurance adjusters and defense attorneys for his steadfast approach to litigation. He is known for thinking outside the box and utilizing the latest in litigation tactics and science in preparing for and presenting his cases on behalf of injury victims.
Christian, an avid boxing enthusiast, co-owns Fight Night Productions, LLC. He produces and promotes boxing cards throughout the Tampa Bay area. Additionally, Christian owns a non-profit boxing gym. His gym assists local youth by adding structure, stability and discipline to the lifestyle of members.
