Christian Spaulding obtained his undergraduate degree from Chapman University in Orange, CA with a bachelor of science in accounting. While completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Spaulding was the recipient of the prestigious Wall Street Journal Student Business Award. Mr. Spaulding graduated at the top of his accounting program at Chapman University and proceeded to attend law school at Chapman University School of Law where he received a merit scholarship based on his undergraduate studies performance. During law school, Mr. Spaulding distinguished himself as an executive board member of the Chapman Law Review. Mr. Spaulding participated in the tax law emphasis program at Chapman School of Law where he assisted taxpayers in their battles in tax court against the Internal Revenue Service.
Mr. Spaulding passed the California bar examination on his first attempt and began his legal career as an attorney with the County of Orange where practiced as a trial attorney for the county in State Court. After parting ways with the County of Orange, Mr. Spaulding has been practicing consumer bankruptcy ever since, representing individuals and small businesses in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases in Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles counties in the Central District of California. Mr. Spaulding is a member of the following organizations:
