Christine I. Gannon has a diverse practice, across a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters. She regularly counsels clients on strategies to avoid litigation and minimize litigation risk, and has successfully assisted some of the country’s largest and most respected companies in all stages of litigation— in both federal and state courts — involving intellectual property infringement, trade secrets, trademarks, trade dress, unfair competition, product liability, antitrust and competition, commercial breach of contract, fraudulent business practices, and class action defense.
Christine has been named a New Leader of the Bar by the New Jersey Law Journal (2014) and a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star (2014-15). She graduated cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law, where she was the business editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter, and later served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven L. Lefelt, J.A.D., former Appellate Judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. She takes pride in her pro bono work and community service, including her work with Lawyers for Justice and Dress for Success, and her service on the Legal Program Board for the Covenant House of New Jersey’s Youth Advocacy Center.
