Christopher C. Bolten

Chris Bolten focuses his practice on patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation. He advises clients in a number of fields, including medical devices such as ultrasound and X-ray imagers, neurostimulation systems, implantable mechanical devices, ablation devices, wound dressings, and medicine dispensers; telecommunications such as cellular, networking, and internet technologies; software; defense technologies such as signal processing and optical systems; and automotive technologies such as battery systems.

Chris’s practice also includes the preparation of noninfringement, invalidity, patentability, and freedom-to-operate opinions. He is experienced in representing a range of clients, from solo inventors and start-up companies to international corporations.
