Chris Ferdico focuses his practice on defending the constitutional rights and liberties of others. He has a long history of defending firearms rights and protecting his clients in criminal and civil law matters as well as defending licensed professionals in administrative matters. Mr. Ferdico previously worked in a large law firm where he handled both civil and criminal defense issues and has extensive litigation and appellate experience in the areas of veterans and military rights, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, and administrative law. Additionally, Chris was appointed as a Special Assistant Attorney General to lead a special investigation task force for the state of Nebraska.
Mr. Ferdico is a proud Veteran of the United States Army . He served for more than 13 years as an Armor and Cavalry Officer and spent the remainder of his military career as a Judge Advocate. Mr. Ferdico wears the Bronze Star , along with other personal and unit awards. His deployments include Iraq and Kosovo
Chris has served as the President of the Robert Van Pelt Inns of Court and was awarded the Nebraska State Bar Association’s President’s Award for Professionalism in 2012
