Christopher Post

Chris Post has spent almost a decade defending the rights of victims of catastrophic injury. Mr. Post has extensive experience in litigating wrongful death, medical malpractice, premise liability, and product liability cases, and has negotiated several settlements in excess of $1 million for his clients. He has also represented and advised major insurance carriers and national transportation companies in matters involving motor vehicle and semi/tractor trailer accidents, workers compensation, insurance coverage, and bad faith.

Mr. Post’s current practice at Burg Simpson focuses primarily on Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury litigation.
