Clyde A. Faatz, Jr.

Mr. Faatz was born in Queens Village, Long Island, New York. While at the University of Illinois, Mr. Faatz was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and Pi Kappa Phi Social Fraternity. Mr. Faatz has over 35 years of experience in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, small business representation, estate planning and eminent domain. In the real estate field, his practice has included the representation of both purchasers and sellers in the purchase and sale of developed and undeveloped property and farms and ranches; the representation of developers in the development of real estate, including shopping centers; representation of owners and builders in construction disputes and general civil litigation including business disputes, condemnation proceedings and mechanics' lien litigation. Mr. Faatz currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the firm.
