ABOUT Colin J. Drummond

Colin Drummond is an associate in Marshall Dennehey's Casualty Department. His practice includes a wide variety of casualty cases, including premises liability, dog bites, automobile accidents, dram shop, construction defects claims, municipal tort claims and professional liability.

Colin earned his juris doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 2017. While at Duquesne, Colin helped create the Sports and Entertainment Law Course as well as serving as the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He also competed on Duquesne's Appellate Moot Court team at the 2017 August A. Rendigs National Products Liability Moot Court Competition and participated in the school's District Attorney and Public Defender clinic as a Pennsylvania Supreme Court certified intern. While in law school Colin clerked at a defense litigation firm headquarted in Pittsburgh in their Electronic Discovery Department. He then clerked at a boutique law firm where he dedicated most of his time to MLB salary arbitration and white collar criminal defense.

Colin graduated from Duquesne University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Sciences in Political Science and Communications. During his time at college, Colin was President of St. Martin's Residence Hall, Philanthropy Chair of Alpha Phi Delta and member to the Communications National Honor Society.

Colin is admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
