Colin Theis

Colin Theis is a 1997 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he served as executive editor of the Nebraska Law Review and won the Robert G. Simmons Law Practice Award for excellence in legal writing.

During his entire legal career, his sole focus has been in the areas of workers’ compensation and/or personal injury. As a result of his achievements, Colin has been named on the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell, and he is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum is limited to trial lawyers who have received a final verdict or settlement in the amount of one million dollars or more. Colin was also recognized by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys as one of the 10 Best High Verdict & Settlement Personal Injury Attorneys for Client Satisfaction in Nebraska. Colin is licensed to practice law in Nebraska, Missouri, and Kansas.
