ABOUT Cornelius J. Callahan

Mr. Callahan joined the Modesto office of McCormick Barstow in 2015. He represents private companies and public entities as lead trial counsel in litigation matters. Mr. Callahan has extensive experience defending clients in cases involving premises liability, product liability, civil rights, unlawful seizures and contract disputes.

Experience

He also advises clients regarding risk management, contract negotiation and drafting, as well as employment issues. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Callahan was a Partner at Borton Petrini, LLP. Before practicing in the Central Valley, Mr. Callahan was a member of the litigation team of a New York law firm which served as counsel to Fortune 500 and international corporations in mass tort and toxic tort matters.

Community Involvment

Mr. Callahan previously served on the Board of the American Red Cross and currently serves on the Board of the Valley Builders Exchange.
