ABOUT Craig J. Beauchamp

Craig J. Beauchamp graduated from University of DePaul College of Law in 1991 where she was on Law Review. Craig practiced law in Chicago, Illinois from 1991 to 1996, in Albuquerque, New Mexico from 1996 to 2002, before moving to California in 2003. Her primary areas of practice are general civil litigation, bankruptcy (CH 7 and CH 13), real estate and contract law.
Craig was formerly Senior Attorney for the Law Offices of Victor W. Luke, APLC from 2008 until 2012 when she restarted her own law practice. In 2013 she rejoined our firm part-time in the capacity as Of Counsel while still maintaining her own practice. Her primary responsibility with our firm is overseeing our bankruptcy department, handling our CH 13 cases and assisting on certain complex litigation matters.
Craig is a member of the California State Bar, the Orange County Bar Association and its Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section and its Real Estate Law Section. Her other memberships including: Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Association, Orange County Bankruptcy Forum and the National Lawyers Guild.
