Mr. Manna has represented clients in securities litigation, products liability, federal and state consumer law, insurance coverage disputes, and general commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Gass Weber Mullins LLC, Mr. Manna practiced with Foley & Lardner LLP in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. There Mr. Manna defended product liability and toxic tort matters in state and federal court on behalf of some of America's largest companies. Mr. Manna also represented clients locally and nationwide, including helping to defeat class certification in a securities fraud action in Nevada, successfully defending a regional bank in an estate matter, and obtaining a favorable settlement for a local manufacturer in an insurance coverage dispute. Mr. Manna has also done appellate work, including a victory in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals in an easement dispute.
Mr. Manna received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a three-time Harlan Fiske Stone scholar and active participant in various moot court and mock trial programs. Mr. Manna received his undergraduate degree in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin - Madison School of Business.
Mr. Manna is admitted to practice in Wisconsin state courts and the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
