Dan is a Director in the firm's Corporate Department as well as a former member of the firm's Management Committee. Dan focuses his practice on merger and acquisition transactions, corporate finance transactions and contracts, representation of educational institutions and general business representation. Dan has specific industry experience in manufacturing, insurance, in renewable energy, and independent schools.
Dan received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law (1995) and his B.A. with distinction from Purdue University (1992). Dan also was a Law Clerk for the New Hampshire Superior Court and he was an Intern with the Civil Bureau of the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office.
