ABOUT Daniel J. Offenbach

DANIEL J. OFFENBACH, a Shareholder with the Firm, concentrates his practice on litigation involving construction defects, employers' liability, arson, fraud and first-party claims, and subrogation. He is an active participant in the Defense Research Institute Construction Law Section. Dan is a former member of the International Association of Automobile Theft Investigators and the Illinois Arson Prevention Committee. He has given presentations to insurance company personnel and industry groups and has served as a panelist for the Property Loss Research Bureau's Annual Loss Manager’s Conference.

Dan is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and all Appellate Courts of the State of Illinois.

Dan is a graduate of Emory University (B.A.) and DePaul College of Law (J.D.).
