ABOUT Daniel M. Chen

Mr. Chen is a partner practicing in the area of civil litigation and represents clients in matters relating to premises liability, personal injury, business disputes, insurance coverage, insurance claims, trust disputes, discrimination claims, and sex assault claims. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in federal court, state court, arbitrations, administrative hearings, and mediations. Mr. Chen has also conducted litigation and insurance seminars for corporate clients.
