Daniel Wayne Towson

Daniel W. Towson was born in Bakersfield, California, and was admitted to the California Bar in 1992. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis (B.S., 1988) his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1992). Mr. Towson is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern District of California and the United States Supreme Court. He is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers of America and the William B. Enright Inn of Court. Mr. Towson's practice includes a variety of areas in both business litigation and personal injury defense. Mr. Towson has litigated and tried complex wrongful death actions, landlord-tenant disputes, product liability cases and insurance bad faith claims. He also maintains an active practice in defending developers, general contractors, pest inspection professionals and real estate professionals.
