Danielle S. Blauvelt is an Associate in our office in Nashville, Tennessee, and she specializes in a wide range of dental and medical malpractice defense matters, and labor and employment issues.
She brings more than a decade of litigation experience to HBS, and previously worked at law firms in California where she defended doctors, dentists and other healthcare workers in a variety of malpractice lawsuits. She also handled numerous employment matters, and she served as house counsel for a major insurance company.
Danielle earned a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She and her husband have one son, a dog, cats and fish.
EXPERIENCE
Danielle has extensive experience in successfully defending doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals in malpractice claims. She manages cases through all phases, from discovery and case strategy to risk assessment to arguing before the court. Her practice also includes the full spectrum of labor and employment matters.
