ABOUT Danielle T. Felder

Danielle represents clients in a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including employment discrimination, all manner of commercial disputes, as well as real estate and zoning matters. She handles internal investigations for clients in connection with complaints, charges, and claims brought by employees, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and state administrative agencies. She has experience prosecuting and defending claims involving contracts, business torts, easements and adverse possession, landlord-tenant disputes, employment law, defamation, intellectual property, personal injury defense and professional negligence. She represents all types of clients from large publicly-traded corporations to limited liability companies, nonprofits, and individuals.

Prior to joining Tueller Gibbs, LLP, Danielle worked as a litigation associate in the Denver offices of various national law firms, where she honed her skills in all phases of litigation including dispositive motions practice, discovery and document production management, witness preparation, depositions, mediations, arbitration and trials (both jury and court trials). Danielle also served as a clerk to the Honorable Wiley Y. Daniel, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court of Colorado. Danielle graduated from the University of Colorado Law School, where she served as the Class President. She has her BSBA in International Business and Finance from the University of Denver.

SIGNIFICANT REPRESENTATIONSCounsel to a publicly-traded, fast-casual restaurant, where she assisted in the dismissal of more than fifty employment administrative charges arising out of claims for wrongful termination, Title VII (including race, national origin, gender, gender identity, religion, and disability), sexual harassment, FMLA, FLSA, and retaliation including a class-action charge.Counsel for a marijuana dispensary, where she assisted in obtaining injunctive relief against a former employee’s use of trade secrets and confidential information. Counsel for a sole proprietor, where she prevailed in the dismissal of a contract dispute with a leasing company for a credit card machine in both New York and Colorado. Counsel for a limited liability company, where she prevailed in the dismissal of a zoning violation and drastically decreased the penalties demanded by the county attorney against the client.Counsel to a nonprofit corporation, where she achieved summary judgment for disability discrimination, retaliation, and reverse discrimination claims alleged by a current employee.
