David A. Dobson

Prior to joining West Law Firm, David worked at another established West Virginia personal injury firm focusing exclusively on helping wrongfully injured clients.

David has handled a wide range of personal injury cases, including automobile and trucking accidents, slip and fall claims, medical malpractice, work-place injuries, and wrongful death. For his dedication and accomplishments, David has been selected as a “Rising Star” in 2017-2019 by Thomson Reuters “Super Lawyers” in the field of personal injury law. David graduated cum laude from West Virginia University in 2009, majoring in Journalism. He then earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 2012 from West Virginia University College of Law. David was named to the Dean’s list all semesters of law school. He is licensed in all West Virginia state courts and the U.S. Southern District Court of West Virginia.
