David F. Toone

David F. Toone is rated AV “Preeminent” ® by his peers in Martindale Hubbell. Previously a partner in two Tucson law firms, he has been a Senior Associate of Mac Ban Law Offices since 2003. David graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1987 and is admitted to the Arizona Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. David has practiced extensively in the areas of appellate law, public entity liability defense, insurance coverage, and general liability defense and has extensive experience as a first-chair trial lawyer. Since joining Mac Ban Law Offices, David has practiced primarily in the areas of medical malpractice defense, professional liability, and complex tort litigation. He is a member of the Tucson Defense Bar, the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute.
