Throughout David Brewer’s four decades of practicing law he has represented multiple generations of families giving him a keen understanding of family dynamics. David has extensive experience in asset protection and wealth preservation, as well as formation of corporations, family partnerships, limited liability companies, and other entities. David’s practice focuses on estate planning and related issues involving wills, trusts and estates, estate and gift tax planning, charitable gift planning, business continuation planning, and administration of trusts and estates. He represents businesses and their owners, professionals and their practices, corporate executives, families, and retirees. David helps clients develop solutions to achieve their estate planning goals, while minimizing estate/gift taxes.
