David Knight

*DAVID S. KNIGHT is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He was educated at the University of Mississippi where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1973; and at South Texas College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1979. In addition to the State Bar of Texas, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Mr. Knight was formerly with the Harris County District Attorney's Office where he was a Chief Prosecutor in the Felony Division. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and the National College of District Attorneys. Mr. Knight has served as a speaker for the National College of District Attorneys and has authored articles for national publication. Mr. Knight also has served as a speaker for the Texas Association of Special Insurance Investigation Units and the Texas Department of Insurance
