David L. Horne is the President of the Disability Law Center of David L. Horne, PLLC. For more than 35 years he has represented disabled and injured people making initial claims for benefits and in appeals after benefits are denied. He has represented clients in State and Federal Court and in many types of administrative proceedings and hearings.
Experience with Medical and Legal Issues
Since 1975 Mr. Horne has focused his practice in claims involving the medical issues relating to injury and disability. With his experience in medical issues, he is able to work closely with clients’ physicians in proving their claims.
