Accomplished and respected personal injury and criminal defense attorney with 38 years of experience in the State and Federal Courts. 1981 graduate of the University of Baltimore Law School in 1981 and admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1981. Admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit Court in 1990 as well as the Eastern District of New York. Former Assistant Public Defender for Baltimore Cit, 1983 -1987, Misdemeanor Trial Unit, 1983 - 1984 and Felony Trial Unit, 1984 - 1987.

I have tried hundreds of Criminal cases in State and Federal Courts. I have also settled and tried to verdict hundreds of Personal Injury cases including vehicle injury accidents, slip and fall and more.
