David Rooker

During the past twenty-plus years, I have worked as an attorney in private practice and as an adjunct professor teaching business and legal studies for universities in Maine and Massachusetts. I also worked for H&R Block as one of four attorneys nationwide to publish their consumer tax preparation software. I focus my practice on wills, estates, trusts, probate, tax work, real estate, and small business matters, including non-profit work. I have served on several boards for local non-profit organizations including the Kiwanis, South Portland Historical Society, South Portland Land Trust, and Sea Change Yoga. I am committed to service to the community, the pursuit of justice, win-win legal transactions to help clients reach their goals and educating my clients with respect to their legal environment. 

I live in South Portland with my wife Susan and two children. In my free time I enjoy playing guitar, singing, yoga, kayaking, paddle boarding, reading, writing, and bike rides.
