David Doria received his Juris Doctorate from University of California Davis School of Law. Prior to attending law school, David studied psychology and philosophy at University of California Riverside, where he graduated summa cum laude.
David entered the legal profession because he finds advocating for others deeply gratifying. For example, David responded to an uptick in campus crime at UC Riverside by raising $20,000 to improve campus security. In law school, David personally proposed and secured $250,000 in renovations for dilapidated low-income housing near UC Davis. As an estate planning attorney, David now advocates by helping clients avoid the potentially costly pitfalls of navigating complex legal matters unassisted.
Throughout college, David owned and operated the highest rated car detailing business in Riverside, California, making a special effort to primarily employ military veterans and college students. Unlike many business owners, David kept relatively little profit for himself, insisting instead on higher worker wages and regular donations to local charities involving veterans and pets. Two of his favorite charities are the Southern California Wheelchair Veterans Association and Paws for Vets. David sold his business in 2018 so that he could more fully focus on his career as an attorney.
