David has been in practice for the last 16 years, initially in New Jersey, and now exclusively in the State of Arizona. David graduated from DePaul University with a BA in Finance in 1996. Immediately after, he attended Seton Hall School of Law and graduated in 1999.
Initially, David worked as a law clerk for a the family law bench in Burlington County, New Jersey. While employed for the Court, he learned first hand the elements of a trial and the thought process which a Judge engages in when making decisions in cases. After the clerkship ended, David went to work in private practice, focusing on probate, family law, real estate, collection and corporate matters.
Since moving to Phoenix in 2002, David has practiced with several small firms in the area, focusing on family law, probate and civil cases. He has worked exclusively in family law since 2006. David’s cases are given significant care and time is spent on explaining the process to clients, as well as working out the strategy for each matter with them. Clients are truly active participants in their matters and must make decisions and determinations on how to proceed and what focus to take in their cases.
