Eaton G. Barnard was born in Bay Minette, Alabama and raised in Mobile. He is married to Ansley Head Barnard, who is also an attorney. They have four children. Eaton attended public schools in Mobile County, graduating from Davidson High School. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Alabama and his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1986.
Eaton has maintained a successful personal injury practice in Mobile, Baldwin and many other counties in Alabama for more than 35 years.
