Attorney Edward Morris (Ted) has been practicing law in the seacoast area for thirty years. A member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar Associations, Ted earned a juris doctor with honors from Suffolk University Law School (1989) and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Michael’s College (1986). For over 30 years, Ted has been advising a range of clients in a variety of industries, from family-run businesses to mid-size and large corporations. His practice areas include estate planning and administration, representation of banking institutions and private lenders, commercial real estate and development, zoning, planning and land use. Ted is proficient in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, restrictive covenants and related documents for complex commercial real estate transactions as well as residential transactions.
