Elizabeth A. Richards

Beth grew up in the Midwest and received her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. She graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2005 with honor. Beth served as law clerk to Justice Linda Copple Trout, Idaho Supreme Court (2005-2006), and as law clerk to the Honorable Stephen S. Trott, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (2006-2007). Beth became an associate attorney with The Spence Law firm in 2008.

NOTABLE REPRESENTATIONS
Since joining the firm, Beth has been active in personal injury, work place accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice and qui tam/fraud whistleblower cases. Recently, Beth participated in reaching a settlement for an undocumented worker who was injured on a piece of farm equipment as a result of the operator’s negligence. Currently, Beth is involved in a medical malpractice birth injury case, working on behalf of the family of a baby injured during delivery.
