Practices commercial litigation in several areas including complex business litigation, intellectual property litigation, natural resource litigation, securities, real estate, and competitive issues.

Litigated case of first impression in Utah jurisprudence involving interpretation of Utah’s constitution and common law doctrine related to access to and use of waters flowing over private property in the State of Utah.

Extensive experience litigating competitive issues including both enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants.

Experience litigating intellectual property matters requiring interpretation of complex patents as well as cases in the realm of copyright and trademark law.

Counseling and representation of public and private employers on labor and employment matters including, but not limited to collective bargaining, grievances, arbitration, labor litigation and related matters.
