Elliott Fraser

C. Elliott Fraser is an Associate Attorney in the Charlotte office. Elliott’s practice focuses on Construction Litigation as well as First and Third-Party Coverage Defense.

Elliott received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of South Carolina in 2009. He received his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2014. While attending CSOL he served as the Vice President of the Aviation Law Society, the Secretary of the Maritime Law Society, and was a member of the Sir Francis Drake Admiralty Inn of Court.

Before joining Butler, Elliott served as an Assistant Solicitor with the Sixth Circuit Solicitor’s Office in Chester County, South Carolina. Prior to that he served as the Deputy Director of Ballot Access and Associate Counsel to Lindsey Graham 2016 in Alexandria, Virginia.
