Trey represents clients in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense and family law, handling cases at all stages of litigation.
Trey was born and raised in Brooksville, Florida. In 2005, he recieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and Law from the University of Florida.
In 2009, Trey obtained his Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. During law school, Trey was invited to join law review as a staff member, and during his third year of law school he was chosen by the board to serve as Managing Editor of the John Marshall Law Journal. As part of his law school studies, Trey also participated in an externship with the Federal Defender's Office of the Northern District of Georgia. During this externship, Trey assisted in the defense of indigent persons charged in federal crimes, gaining valuable experience in the federal criminal justice system.
After working closely with his father on complex criminal, family law and personal injury cases, Trey opened his practice in January of 2011. Trey believes that achieving successful results for clients requires frequent attorney-client communication, aggressive attention to each case, and a passion for the client's cause. Trey provides this type of representation to all clients.
