Eric D. Cuellar

Eric is a native of San Antonio. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and went to law school at The University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.

He began his career as a prosecutor at the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office in San Antonio. He enjoyed advocating for victims and developed a particular interest in helping victims of domestic violence. While in the Family Violence Division, Eric won his first eleven trials. Eric trained other attorneys, police officers, and advocates on strategy for prosecuting family violence cases. After working in the Family Violence Division, Eric moved on prosecuting other types of cases including robbery, burglary, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Eric has tried and won First Degree Felony cases.

Eric’s passion for justice led him to becoming a plaintiff’s attorney. Eric enjoys being able to use his experience in the courtroom to help people.

Eric also enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family. When he can, he enjoys watching the Texas Longhorns and San Antonio Spurs.
