Erik S. Helgesen

Erik received his law degree from Michigan State University in 2011. Since his father is also an attorney, Erik has spent a majority of his life around legal matters. He has a broad understanding of the legal process which has helped him become an outstanding attorney in a short amount of time. He specializes in estate planning, guardianship, probate, workers compensation and other types of litigation.

He was born and raised in Davis County. Soon after graduating high school, Erik decided to give two years of his life to the LDS Church by serving a mission in Brazil. He returned home and attended Weber State University while working full time at Wells Fargo.

Erik has developed many skills over his lifetime that allows him to be the successful lawyer that he is. He is known for his efficiency and hard work. His clients love him because he treats them as if they were part of his own family. He takes time to get to know each of his clients individually.
