Gail C. Moser

Gail C. Moser graduated from San Jose State University in 1975, with a bachelors degree and a teaching credential, and launched a successful teaching career. In 1986, she decided to follow up on a life-long desire to become an attorney and so began the study of law at Lincoln University in San Jose, where she was a student at night and continued to work, teaching full-time during the day. Gail took on an active role at Lincoln University, serving as the president of the Student Bar Association and participating in the Lincoln Law Review.

After completing her studies, Gail was accepted into the California Bar in December of 1991 and opened her solo law practice in Sunnyvale in 1992. She is a member of the Santa Clara Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. She volunteers with local community groups to provide legal assistance to low income, LGBT and victims of domestic violence.
