ABOUT Gail Kachadurian McCallion

Throughout her nearly 20-year legal career, Gail has gained valuable experience in a diverse range of practice areas. She has represented hotels, resorts, shopping malls, building owners, department stores and retail stores. She has also defended a multitude of lead paint cases and asbestos cases, as well as construction defect and employment discrimination cases.

Gail began her legal career working in general litigation. She then began representing plaintiffs in employment discrimination cases and assisted in a criminal trial for fraud and embezzlement. Her experience also includes defending cases against major airlines and defending the New York City Housing Authority in premises liability and toxic tort cases.

In 2000, Gail joined Jones Hirsch Connors Miller & Bull, where she represented major international hotels and resorts in New York, Florida and the Caribbean, shopping malls, department stores and retail stores in premises and product liability cases. She has also defended national rail carriers and an international boiler manufacturer in multi-venue asbestos litigation.

Prior to beginning her legal career, Gail was a member of the New York City Ballet Company under the direction of George Balanchine. Following her performing career, Gail owned and directed at two ballet schools under the name of The Dance Movement, while choreographing ballets for the Joffrey Ballet, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Boston Ballet and the School of American Ballet. Gail is also a recipient of a choreography grant from the National Endowment of the Arts.
