Gena is an associate in the Corporate Department where she advises business clients on a wide array of business law issues, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, review and negotiation, asset purchase transactions and securities law issues. Gena also works with the Education Law Group to serve the needs of independent and boarding schools.
Prior to joining McLane Middleton, Gena gained experience practicing with Big Law and working with privately held companies.
Gena received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and her B.A. from Cornell University, summa cum laude.
