Glenn has over 20 years of experience in contract and transactional law as well as litigation, advising and representing individuals and businesses in general business and real estate matters, banking and commercial law, creditor representation in bankruptcy court, and general civil litigation.
- Business Law: Glenn has extensive experience in representing business owners at all stages of their existence, including formation, operations, general counsel, acquisitions, mergers, sales and tax-free exchanges.
- Real Estate Law: A large portion of Glenn's practice involves work for clients involved in commercial and residential real estate, including representation of brokers, developers, landlords, builders and other contractors in contract/transactional matters, planning & zoning, licensing matters and litigation.
- Banking Law: Glenn provides bank representation on issues ranging from loan documentation, collection and foreclosures, and banking laws and regulations.
- Commercial Law: Glenn has represented all sides in commercial matters relating to sales, lending, commercial finance and credit, security interests, creditor rights, collection and foreclosure.
- Bankruptcy / Creditor's Rights Law: Glenn has represented a wide variety of creditors involved in bankruptcy cases, including lenders, vendors, financial institutions, governmental agencies, student loan providers, health care providers, and has served as counsel for unsecured creditor committees as well.
- Trusts / Estates / Probate Law: Glenn also has years of experience in estate planning and administration, drafting wills and trusts, advising and assisting trustees, executors, and personal representatives, guardianships and civil commitments, and trust and estate litigation.
