Grace Pineda Gower

Grace Pineda's practice focuses on general civil litigation with a particular emphasis on the defense of construction actions, including representation of developers, general contractors, and subcontractors. Ms. Pineda also has experience in personal injury and the defense of other tort actions.
Ms. Pineda received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, in 2004 from University of California, San Diego. She earned her law degree on scholarship from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2010. While in law school, Ms. Pineda was class representative, and competed in moot court and mock trial competitions. She was also the President of the Latino Law Student Association. Prior to joining Simpson Delmore Greene, Ms. Pineda worked as a law clerk for the Children's Law Center in Los Angeles, USD's Child Advocacy Institute, and for the San Diego Public Defender's Juvenile Delinquency Division. Ms. Pineda received the 2010 James D'Angelo Outstanding Child Advocate Award for her contribution to the field of child advocacy.
