Greg J. Ferguson

Greg Ferguson specializes in corporate and transaction law in the United States Virgin Islands. His practice encompasses contracts, corporate transactions, commercial real estate, government relations and contracting, stock purchases, corporate structuring, labor law, and the laws of the USVI Economic Development Program. A contributing author for the Virgin Islands Bar Journal, he is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Mr. Ferguson advises a wide range of clients including investment managers, real estate developers, restaurant owners, commercial tour operators, energy companies, and small business owners of all types. He provides counsel on contracts, policies, agreements and other employment documentation, and he advises individuals on estate planning including the drafting of wills and trusts.
