Gregory K. Douglass, Esq. is a native of North Sewickley Township in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Douglass received his Batchelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Dickinson College in 1974 and his Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Santa Clara in 1977. Mr. Douglass was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court in 1978, and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1985. Mr. Douglass is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Beaver County Bar Association. Mr. Douglass has coached a Beaver County Mock Trial team for ten (10) years.
Mr. Douglass concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Estate Administration, Local Government, Real Estate, Commercial Transactions and Civil Litigation. Mr. Douglass represents three Municipal Authorities, two Zoning Hearing Boards and the Township of Franklin. This range of local government experience also allows Mr. Douglass to effectively and efficiently represent Land Developers and other parties in matters affecting local government. Mr. Douglass represents a number of business clients of varying sizes, including a major national utility company doing business in Beaver County, PA. He is experienced in commercial transactional work, business start up and commercial financing matters.
